Returns & Exchanges

At Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble the bike if necessary and place all components, tools, and manuals back into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
